Gerben was looking to improve his smile and improve the overall appearance. Since he already had porcelain restorations on the back teeth and didn’t want to change these we had to blend the new porcelain crowns into the existing ones and also lighten up the appearance.

DSD smile designers did their magic and we could fit in the new crowns ti match the existing crowns in the back and also add some length to the central incisors giving them more dominance. This would all blend into his smile line. Once we finished the design we had Gerben over for a test drive....
