What we recommend for a smlie for life
No short cuts
There are no short cuts when it comes to designing your smile. This is a one time procedure which will remain with you for the rest of your life. This is why we follow a fixed protocol of consultations and treatment planning before we present you with your most ideal smile design.
As a certified Digital Smile Design Clinic and Smile Rehabilitation Centre we have the DSD Planning Centre and DSD Lab as our fixed team members. All centres join forces to create your smile for life, we are proud to be unique in offering this service to anyone who wants to improve their smile and dental health as well as general wellbeing. We call it the 4 steps to a healthier and happier you.
4 steps to a smile for life
We listen. We need to know more about you and what needs to be improved in your smile. You are the co designer of your smile and we know that you already have an idea of how your smile should look like, right? We want to be on the same page as you and help you achieve your smile goals.
- We listen. We need to know more about you and what needs to be improved in your smile. You are the co designer of your smile and we know that you already have an idea of how your smile should look like, right? We want to be on the same page as you and help you achieve your smile goals.
- We Scan using iTero intra oral scanner. We gather all the information about your teeth with a digital impression, a CT scan and document your facial features and facial mimics. We now have all the relevant information to analyse and design your new smile or your new bite. We do this together with our DSD Planning Centre. This can range from simple smile designs to complex treatment planning of orthodontics and implant placements. Once we have treated you in our software and checked the treatment plan we are ready to move to step 3.
- You Test Drive your Smile! This is the most unique experience brought to you exclusively by certified DSD Clinics. We translate our final treatment plan into a smile design which you can wear over your teeth. This way you can see and feel how your new smile will look like. We will take time to show and explain to you how we planned your treatment, you will receive a full documented report of your personalised treatment plan and your personal pictures.
- We perform. Now that you have fully understood and approved your treatment plan and smile design we are good to go!
